Ruby Lever

Ruby Lever 1927 ~ 2010 Ruby Jean Ashby Lever, our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away February 19, 2010. She was born September 10, 1927 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Emily Theresia Bohner and Glen Ashby. She married Donald Eugene Lever July 31, 1945 in the Logan Temple. Ruby was an active member of the LDS Church, touching many lives as she served in church callings including a mission in the Philippines with her husband, Donald. She enjoyed traveling, handwork and music, but most of all loved being with her family. Ruby is survived by her daughters, Sheri (Dave) Jones, Kandi (Rex) Searle, Tauna (Jerry) Anderson, Lanisu Ford; sons, Michael (Deanne) Lever and Kim Lever; brothers, Ralph, David and Steven Ashby; sister, Joan Ford; 42 grandchildren; 71 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband; daughter; parents; 2 brothers; 4 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 26, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at the Lake Ridge 4th Ward, 3151 S. 7700 W., Magna, UT where the family will receive friends Thursday, 6-8 p.m. and Friday, 9:30-10:30 a.m. Arrangements under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
