Rudolfo Vega

Rudolfo B. Vega, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, at the VA Hospital in Tucson. He was born on December 15, 1944, in Morenci, AZ, to Bernardo and Gumesinda Bejarano. He married Norma Altimarano on December 26, 1963, in Morenci. Rudolfo served 6 1/2 years in the U.S. Army. He received his associate degree from E.A.C. He worked many years for the Morenci School District as the Maintenance Supervisor.Rudolfo loved to woodwork. He is survived by his wife Norma of Clifton; son Rudy Vega (Helen) of Clifton, and Ray Vega of Green Valley, AZ, and daughter Sally (Robert) of Tucson; six grandchildren; Johnny, Lila, Rudy Jr., Tatiana, Michelle, and Rayshelle. Mass of a Christian Burial, will be celebrated on Thursday, October 26, 2017, at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Morenci. Viewing will begin at 9:00 a.m., Rosary at 10:00 a.m. with Mass to follow. Interment will be at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
