Scott Draper

Scott B. Draper 1973 ~ 2010 After a 25 year battle with Lupis and other medical problems, Scott died on March 26, 2010. His passing was peaceful and on his terms. He is now walking with his dog Boo. He leaves a large void in our lives and our hearts. Scott loved people and quickly became friends with everyone he met. He was a graduate of Salt Lake Community College and loved working with computers. His passion was cars. With the help of his good friends Bob Johnson, Clifton and Chance, he had just got his 1971 Monte Carlo on the road again Scott was born June 1, 1973 in Salt Lake City to Mel and Bev Draper. He is survived by his parents, brother Patrick (Tammy), a much loved niece Vanessa; grandmothers, Gloria Draper and Helen Colbert; aunts and uncles, Rusty Poll, Dennis Johnson, Dave and Karen Colbert and his life long friend Gerald Barnes. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Wayne Draper and Harold Colbert; aunt, Helen Colbert. He will be missed and loved by all of us. Scott would like to thank the special people at Promise Hospital where he spent the last seven months. Extra special thanks to Sarah and Laurie who helped make the end so much easier for all of us. As per his wishes there will be no services and he will be cremated.
