Shirley Coombs

Shirley Mallory Coombs 1930 ~ 2007 Shirley Mallory Coombs passed away on June 30, 2007 at her home. Born May 19, 1930 in Alameda, CA. Shirley graduated from the Highland School of Nursing in 1951 and continued working as an RN until moving to Utah in 1954. Shirley loved to read and listen to old music. She spent most of her later days caring for her cats and for all of the outside birds. Shirley is survived by her children: daughter, Karen Marcey (AK); son, Alan (Taylorsville); brother, Ernie (AZ); grandsons: Brandon, Chris, Kyle and Ryan; also survived by Casey, Tasha, Special and Turtle. Preceded in death by Chang. A private family service was held.
