Born November 19, 1945 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Raymond Villiard and Rosina Talbot. Survived by Wife, Tawna; children Brandy Lynn (Darren), Steven Ray, Daniel Jaden; one grandson, Kaleb. Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, March 30, 6:30-7:30 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road.
