Thomas Shafer

Thomas Lee Shafer 1948 ~ 2008 Our beloved son, brother, father, grandfather and friend, age 60, returned to our Heavenly Father May 29, 2008. He was born January 20, 1948 in Salt Lake City, Utah, son of Clifford LeRoy and Della Mae Kidder Shafer. He was a kind and loving person with a great sense of humor. Through his illness he kept his wit and teased everyone that came to visit. Tom is survived by his devoted mother, Della Shafer; sons, Justin and Thomas Shafer; sister, Veta Saxton. Preceded in death by his father; daughter, Tina; sister, Rita. Dont torment the angels in heaven, Tom! Funeral services will be held Monday, 1:30 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road where a viewing will be held 12:30-1:15 p.m. prior to services. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
