TJ played his last football game in Duncan for semifinals and he never forgot about that day because his son Cody was born the next morning. He and his son Cody are best friends and did everything together. Wherever he was at Cody was right there following him. Some of the things Cody talked about were when he and his dad went fishing; they had no fishing line so he used his shoe string to put the fishes on it. He also remembers when he and his dad went deer hunting and his dad needed to use the restroom and he told Cody to wait he will be back and Cody said when he came back he came back with one sock and he ask his dad Where is one of your socks and he said I used it as toilet paper. In 2008 TJ came home from work and was surprise that he was a father to little Cheryl. Since that day she also became his tail and would take her everywhere. Didnt matter if it was fishing, hunting or camping there she was with her dad. He loved his kids unconditionally and did whatever he could to help them. His kids were his first priority. Everyone remembers TJ as a silly, goofy, happy person always smiling and telling jokes. He would always tell his sister do I look like a cigarette, because they were always fighting over cigarettes. Another joke he would tell his nieces or whoever took a picture of him was put my picture on Facebook and lets see how many chics like it. TJ was always giving hugs every time you saw him and would tell everyone he loves them. TJs hobbies included hunting, fishing, cooking for his mother, it never fails he always used to say mom make bread and I will cook. He would call his sisters and say do you have anything to cook if so bring it cause Im cooking.
