Todd Randall Brown, 42, of Thatcher, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2013 at this home in Thatcher. He was born on May 25, 1970 in Mesa, to Michael and Dianne Huffaker Brown. Todd attended school in the Gilbert, Casa Grande, and Duncan areas. He graduated from Duncan High School in 1988. He worked for the family farm and ranch until graduation. Todd served an honorable mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the North Carolina Charlotte mission. He then went to work for Stewart Electric in Chandler, working on cellular sites as an electrician, and then for his father at Gila Electric in Thatcher. He loved spending time with his family especially his kids. He was a devoted father. Todd was an avid outdoorsman; he loved camping, fishing and hunting. He loved to listen to George Strait music, and an avid fan of the Texas Longhorns. Todd is survived by his parents, Michael and Dianne Brown of Thatcher; sons, Dallin Michael Brown of Colorado, Rhett Randall Brown of Arizona, and Colton Terry Brown of Michigan; daughter, Baylie Lynn Brown of Michigan; brothers, Brett Michael (Kathy) Brown, of Utah, Boyd Ellis (Stori) Brown of Mesa, AZ, Ivan Bentley (Holly) Brown of Safford, and Jeffrey Dennis (Holli) Brown of Thatcher; sisters, Sherri (Bryant) Scatena, of Chandler, AZ, and Shawna (John) Scrogham of San Tan Valley, AZ; grandparents, Grant Bentley & Velma Cooley Huffaker of Mesa, AZ. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Annie Lu Brown and grandparents, Verl & Lorena Brown. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 8, 2013 at the Thatcher LDS Stake Center. Friends may call from 9- 9:45 prior to services at the church. Interment will be in the Thatcher Cemetery.
