William Paul Wheelan, 78, passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Bear Springs. He was born on January 15, 1934 in Iowa City, Iowa, to Edward Francis Wheelan and Beatrice Lillian Spears Wheelan. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at the Eden Cemetery.
